Among the possible causes, ingeniiinstitute GmbH wants to mark one, which has a phenomenological character, which arises from direct observation, we made in the field.
The founders embody the company’s mission and vision. They naturally possess the essence; namely, they know why the company was created and exists and what future realization it aspires to.
All of this comes apart when they disappear, and the legacy is arduous.
